Congratulations to Hooked on Horses columnist Madeline Taylor who won the BE90 final with Dakota IV which was held at Weston Lawns over the weekend.
British Eventing Jump Training is open to all riders (whether BE Members or not) who have reached the year of their 12th birthday or older. Participants must be mounted on a horse/ pony over 142cms and aged four or over.
Maddie, who is based in Maldon in Essex, took the JT90 section 2J with an impressive score of eighteen – nine points ahead of her nearest competitor, second placed Francesca Sargent.

Maddie paired with her coloured pony Dak are heading to Badminton for the grassroots final on the 29th April. NAF Five Star Jump Training offers the rider the unique combination of training, advice and support from BE accredited coaches, within a competitive framework. For the 2010 series, participants were placed in two age groups, those between the ages of 12 and 18 (Juniors) and those over the age of 18 (Seniors). From each of the series qualifiers, the five best placed junior* and five best placed senior* riders from each of the BE 90 and BE100 class were invited to attend the 2010 Jump Training final, which was held this weekend at Weston Lawns on the 18th April 2010.
