A charity show jumping competition is to be held on the 22nd August at Orsett Park Farm hosted by Mark Gardner, in aid of Great Ormund Street Hospital.
In 2007 he held a competition to raise funds for the world famous hospital, and raised a fabulous £3600.

He hopes for a repeat of that generosity, and at this years show there will be ten show jumping classes to choose from and the schedule will also include a clear round. There are prizes up for grabs from every class and there is also a raffle taking place on the day, with goodies including John Whittaker and Katie Price Equestrian merchandise included.
“My niece has been receiving treatment at GOSH for the past three years and has recently undergone a kidney transplant and with the fantastic after care and support offered by the staff at the hospital, is recovering very well,” said Mark, adding “My family and I feel, Great Ormund Street is vastly underfunded and would like to take this opportunity to help, by raising some money for this wonderful hospital.”
The show takes place on 22nd august, 2010 at Thurrock RC show ground, Osett Park Farm, Prince Charles avenue, Orsett. RM16 3HS
Hooked on Horses will be there on the day taking lots of photos, and a report will be included in the September issue of Hooked on Horses magazine.
